The completely outfitted kitchen is equipped with everything from pots and pans to bakeware, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Whether you’re preparing a seafood feast or a casual breakfast before the beach, this kitchen is designed to make cooking painless and fun.



The adjoining living area offers plenty of cozy seating, coastal-inspired décor, and access to a private deck where you can appreciate your morning coffee or sunset drinks.

Pool heating is available upon request for $100 per day (please let us know prior to your arrival). Only available if the weather accepts it!



Beach chairs are included to make your stay as anxiety-complimentary as possible.

Located in The Orchards at Oak Island, this home is part of a freshly developed neighborhood of bespoke-constructed vacation homes located on a peaceful street with direct, easy beach access.



You’re just mins. from local eateries, coffee stores, and stores — as well as golf courses, boat units, and family-friendly attractions. Southport is a short drive away for a day of shopping and dining by the marina.



???? Additional Information



- Guests must be 25 or older to book.



- No family pets, smoking, or events allowed.



- Fireplace is decorative only.



- Exterior security cameras for safety (no interior cameras).



- Professionally cleaned with fresh linens and a starter essentials kit supplied (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags).



- Cleaning fee includes full bed-making and upgraded towel service.



- Pool is private and unattended — swim at your own risk. Kids must be supervised at all times.



- Due to coastal weather, some sand or debris in the pool is normal.



Pool Heating Information



Pool heating is available for $100 per nighttime.



The max. pool temperature is 86°F. Please note that pool heaters are affected by outdoor temperatures. If outside temperatures drop below 55°F, we are unable to activate the heater due to the risk of damage to the equipment and plumbing.



Pool heating is not available from mid-November through March.



If you would like the pool heated for your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival, as it typically takes roughly 12 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature.
