This impressive condo is just steps away from the very best Downtown Wilmington has to offer. From our location you can literally walk to all the eateries, bars, and shopping that you can handle. Wilmington`s famed Battleship NORTH CAROLINA is moored just across the river and can be seen directly from the balcony of my condo.
Bespoke, the best coffee shop in town is just a 3 min walk
Wake and Bake Donuts is just 2 min.
Walk to the historic district and soak up some Wilmington`s unique history or walk down the riverwalk and appreciate the vistas.
By car the condo is 12 mins. to the airport, 14 mins. to UNCW campus, 20 mins. to Wrightsville beach, and 25 mins. to Carolina beach.

The public bus stop is a 3 min walk away. But most area`s are effortlessly walkable from your downtown location.
