The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Oak Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Scuba diving and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
