Two additional bedrooms flank this space—one with a queen bed and bunk beds (sleeps 4), and the other with a queen bed and a daybed (sleeps 3)—each with its own detached bathroom and walk-in shower.

  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Wilmington, NC area. To get the best value, change your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
