Stunning 3 bedroom and 3 bath villa located directly on the 18th green of the golf course with great lagoon vistas! We are walking distance to the BHI Club as well as a short 2-min. walk to the beach! The kitchen and baths were freshly modernized with pretty countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood floor throughout. The master suite has a queen bed overlooking the great vistas of the golf course! The guest bedroom downstairs has a king bed and full bath. Upstairs there is a queen bed, full bath and balcony. We also have an outdoor shower! A BHI Lifestyle membership to the BHI Club may be purchased separately.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected everything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
