Sensational 3 bedroom and 3 bath villa located directly on the 18th green of the golf course with great lagoon vistas! We are walking distance to the BHI Club as well as a short 2-min. walk to the beach! The kitchen and baths were freshly refreshed with gorgeous countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood floor throughout. The master suite has a queen bed overlooking the great vistas of the golf course! The guest bedroom downstairs has a king bed and full bath. Upstairs there is a queen bed, full bath and balcony. We also have an outdoor shower! A BHI Lifestyle membership to the BHI Club may be purchased separately.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Wilmington, NC restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
