Come savor the serenity of our bungalow! It is tucked in the maritime forest with tons of privacy but convenient to all the islands amenities. Our community has a pool for your enjoyment and less than a 2 min golf cart ride to the beach! We have an open floor plan with the master and guest bedrooms downstairs and an additional private bedroom upstairs. The kitchen has been newly updated with new appliances. We have a great sunroom, screened in porch, and wrap around deck that is ideal for outdoor entertaining. We have 2- 4 passenger golf carts and a Lifestyle Temporary membership to the BHI club can be purchased separately. This home is pet friendly. Please note that we do charge a $300 plus tax pet fee that is non-returnable.

Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
