Magic Hour has been completely refreshed from top to bottom with a fun and sophisticated combination of modern farmhouse and midcentury details. The home's location is private but conveniently located halfway between the marina and Bald Head Island Club AND only a 4-min. walk to the beach. Located directly on the golf course, the home offers marvelous golf course and lagoon vistas from the main living areas. The deck and comfortable screened porch are ideal for sunrise and morning coffee. The sizable main floor is open and full of light with high ceilings. The living area is chic and thoughtful and ready for family movie or game nighttime. The open kitchen is completely supplied with concrete countertops, high-quality appliances, and breakfast bar with seating for 6. The 8-seat dining area and half-bath round out the main floor. Just up a few steps and with plenty of privacy are the king master suite, huge master closet, and a roomy bath including a soaking tub and separate tiled shower. The upper floor has three more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! The 2nd bedroom has a king bed making the home ideal for 2 couples - and kids. The 3rd bedroom has a queen and a pull-out futon, and the 4th bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds.
