The bunk room, which sleeps four, also opens onto the back porch where one can watch ships, play outdoor billiards or step onto the sand. This floor also homes a theatre-quality media room and laundry.

At the top of the sleek, floating steps, your jaw will drop at all the natural light and water vistas shining through this level's open floor plan, three walls of windows and accentuated by the soaring vaulted ceiling. At one end of this story is the generous dining space, surrounded on two sides by sweeping seascapes. The roomy living area is adjacent and anchored by a fireplace. Beyond, the gourmet kitchen-boasting two walls of seaway tableaus- is equipped with professional grade stainless appliances, a wet bar and a sizable butler's pantry. Its bespoke limestone seagrass island offers breakfast bar seating and there's an additional high-top.
