Summer Down got a makeover in 2022 and it's ready for your beach vibes! Our Bald Head Island gem now flaunts new floor, modern lighting, and comfortable furnishings. Appreciate three 65-inch intelligent TVs, chic bathrooms, and fab coastal decor. The villa is a short walk from the beach and Bald Head Island Club. With three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a super outdoor space, it's ideal for your family. The master has a king bed, the guest has a queen, and the third bedroom rocks two sets of bunk beds. We've got a pack n play, crock pot, 4 beach chairs, two golf carts for island cruising, an electric grille, and both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Come experience our slice of heaven!

About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this villa is near the beach. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting.
