The upstairs bedroom has a full bed and one twin with a private full bath. It also includes an upper deck for sunbathing and water vistas; ideal for viewing those exceptional BHI sunsets. This villa has been completely remodeled and decorated to be a five-star hotel experience. The new open kitchen that connects to the family room provides for great entertaining and family time together. You will find it completely outfitted to lure the gourmet prepare to create great meals and memories for your family and friends.

The open floor plan that connects the Kitchen/Dining/Living room provides plenty of space to allow everybody to socialize and gives you open access to the deck for outdoor dining. Sunset vistas in the evenings are extraordinary. Villa 54 is in a prime location on Bald Head Island. Only 1 mile from the ferry landing, and steps away from both the beach access and the Bald Head Island Club. The lower deck is completely furnished and gives you even more space for calming and entertaining. The villa is also well located in the complex with a sizable open area in front for the kids to play and savor the evenings while cooking is being done on the BBQ grille.

To get around the island, Villa 54 has TWO GOLF CARTS - one holds 6 people and the other holds 4. This fully appointed villa provides beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella. You are just steps away from one of the best beaches in NC. You will also find a washer and dryer with laundry supplies, iron board and iron, vacuum, flashlights, and a first aid kit. A first nighttime amenities kit provides a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish and hand soap, shampoo and bath soaps.. The bedrooms have luxury hotel-grade linens and towels.

We have a professional property management team who live full-time on the island to make your stay as delightful as possible. They will share their island knowledge to make your stay pleasant and fun.

Villa 54 is adjacent to the BHI Club which features a George Cobb Award-Winning Designed, 18-hole golf course. It also includes a resort aquatic center, along with 4 tennis courts, pickleball, a playground, a short-grass recreational area, a workout facility, multiple swimming pools, a water slide, a croquet course, and casual and fine dining.

Bald Head Island is only accessible by boat or by ferry, which departs frequently out of Southport, NC. Southport is 40 min. from the Wilmington, NC (ILM) airport. A tram ride to the villa is supplied with your ferry ticket. Reservations are required and can be made by e-mail or by phone at. Visitors and residents travel around the island by golf cart, bicycle on foot.
