Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the studio, private porch and rooftop deck. There is NO assigned parking; we provide ONE Wrightsville Beach residential parking pass. Check-in instructions are sent before arrival.

The Sunsetter is in the heart of downtown Wrightsville Beach but tucked away from the commotion. Walk across the street to the Loop or get to the island's favorite spots in seconds.

Getting Around:

1 Town of Wrightsville Beach parking pass will be on the counter at check-in, with rules on the back. Paid parking is enforced 3/1-10/31, 9AM-7PM daily at $5.00 per hour. Nearly everything is walkable. Downtown Wilmington is about 20 mins. by car and Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is about 20 mins. away.



Other Things to Note:

1. NO assigned parking. One WB parking pass supplied.

2. ***NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit***

3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

4. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
