While you can also savor the outdoors from the front covered porch with furnishings, the real crown jewel of this property is the three levels of outdoor living areas on the back overlooking the marsh. Featuring spectacular vistas of native wildlife, these areas of open and covered decking include plenty of furnishings to use for calming, including a porch swing! With the front porch opening into two of the home's bedrooms, the floorplan is designed to take advantage of the pretty marsh and canal view in the back of the home, with the family room, kitchen and dining area adjoining the broad back deck.

When you're ready to prepare your catch of the day, you'll find a gas grille waiting close by, along with multiple seating options for al fresco dining.
