Wonderful Oceanside Beach House! Just steps away from the Beach and the Sound, we are located one of Wrightsville beach's preferred street!

Accepting only FRIDAY to FRIDAY bookings during prime season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). For special booking requests, please contact the owner directly.

PROVIDED: WIFI, cleaning, entirely supplied kitchen, starter paper goods, shampoo, soap and home linens, including all linens + bath towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($700+ value)! Linens are supplied with all weekly units. Last min. units will have to pay an additional linen fee. If you are staying for less than a full week you will need to either rent linens or bring your own. Our beach home is cleaned and sanitized by disinfectants that are EPA registered for use against COVID-19. Our linens are commercially cleaned, and dried using an EPA approved commercial sanitizing agent and are left sealed in plastic at the foot of each bed. Our goal is to ensure that our home is sanitized and safe for your vacation.

Find your perfect rental home:

• To get the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Wilmington, NC restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
• In the Wilmington, NC area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.

• Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to drive future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
