Upon walking in, you're greeted into the open floor plan featuring vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows that takes full advantage of the striking oceanside vistas. The living space was newly refreshed with brand new modern furnishings — like the massive (incredibly comfortable) sectional couch and huge flatscreen TV. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals for those times you want to stay in and features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and an broad kitchen island with bar seating for up to 4. When you're ready to sit down together, the dining area offers those captivating vistas with seating for up to 6.

There's a cozy loft area up the stairs with upsized chairs that are great for snuggling up to read your favorite novel or taking an afternoon nap. Down the hall is where you'll find 2 of the 4 bedrooms — both with king-size beds, flatscreen TVs, and calming coastal decor. These bedrooms share a updated bathroom with high-end finishes, double vanity, a linen closet, and a roomy walk-in shower.

The remaining bedrooms and second bathroom are back downstairs on the main level. Both bedrooms feature one queen and one double bed along with flatscreen TVs, cavernous closets, and pretty decor. The guest bathroom has an extended double vanity and an delightful walk-in shower.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
