For Convenience there is a Community Shopping Cart under the stairs to help with unpacking & using the Elevator to carry up all your bags & provisions.

The entirely supplied Kitchen has tons of counter space for preparing meals & to create a buffet. It is enormous enough for more than one prepare, if you choose. There are numerous Cookbooks to inspire your delicious meals. Dine at the Dining Table with close proximity to the Kitchen for painless serving & cleanup. There is a Bar at the Kitchen Counter for Breakfast, Snacking, Games, Mobile Working or just entertaining those preparing the meals. If you prefer Alfresco Dining with an Ocean Breeze & View, eat on the Covered Deck with access from the Living area.

In the Living area is a Sizable Comfy Sectional Couch with room for everybody. A Grand Coffee Table opens up to reveal additional blankets to cuddle up in. The coffee table is great for bringing your games to play or assembling your puzzles. The Giant Screen Intelligent TV has Cable as well as the ability to Stream your favorite shows & movies.

The Washer/Dryer accepts you to keep those swimsuits & towels at the ready for the next day’s Sun & Sandy Fun. Beach Chairs are stored on the Covered Deck.

The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week. Violations wil be issued if these new rules are not followed.*
