We have made a purposeful approach for our guest to preserve the home's original character. An original fireplace now acts as a secondary banister for the staircase. The brick from a second chimney has been repurposed into highly coveted off-street parking. Reclaimed barn wood accents are found throughout and a restored clawfoot tub adorns the upstairs bath.

Uniquely, 601 Church street has two, sizable bedroom suites, including a first floor king bedroom with ensuite. No matter the time of year sunlight pours in, giving the wide-plank hardwoods a warm glow.

We can't brag enough about the neighborhood. Historic downtown Wilmington's eateries, stores and award-winning River Walk are a few blocks away but 601 Church claims a peaceful corner of its own.
