The main living area of the condo is open concept with the kitchen, living and dining spaces combined in a room with enormous windows overlooking the River Walk. The kitchen is supplied with the essentials you'd need during your stay, and you can appreciate your meal at the modest dining table or on the handsome patio. The roomy bedroom is located at the back of the unit and features a king size bed with plush linens. The full bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a soaking tub!

The best feature of the condo is the huge patio directly off the River Walk with spectacular vistas of the Cape Fear River. There is enough space to savor a meal al fresco, and it's the ideal spot to end your day with a drink in hand as you watch people stroll by.

Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as the private patio. We do have a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you are welcome to use everything you find at the condo.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking garage a few blocks away.
