This striking family home has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. It is just a short walk to the beach on the community walkway.
Open kitchen and family room for entertaining.
There is a den/multipurpose room with a sleeper couch, TV and doors for privacy.
Kid friendly home with games, puzzles, and books. Including a pack in play and high chair. The is a gate at the top of the stairs in the family room.
Reverse floorplan with a master bedroom on the top level with a king bed and full bathroom including a garden tub with jets.
The main entry level has 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom with a king size bed, queen, and twin size bunk beds.
TV’s are located in the living room and all bedrooms except the twin bunk beds. The TV’s use ROKU.
Linens are supplied or you can bring your own.
Kitchen is completely supplied. Some additional items include a waffle maker, blender, smoothie maker and juicer.
Nice propane BBQ Grille on the porch.

This vacation home is located in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island Information Center.

  • Be a good neighbor. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
