This handsome 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath town home has an ocean or sound view from every window and has been meticulously refreshed with comfort and convenience in mind. The main floor features an open floor plan that guides you into the delightfully equipped kitchen, the heart of the home. Dine casually at the enormous kitchen island or appreciate a home cooked meal at the pretty kitchen table. The living room is open, roomy and furnished with comfortable - with high speed internet throughout and a sizable intelligent TV! The top floor additional living room offers another massive intelligent TV which gives guest unlimited opportunities for families to partake in a family movie nighttime, spread out and catch up on your favorite shows, or work even remotely with an ocean view. A master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom, and its own deck are also located on the main living floor of the home.

At the top of the stairs you will find a conveniently placed laundry room, the additional living area with amazing vistas of the waterway and ocean, and three additional bedrooms. To the left of the stairs is the second master bedroom with a huge king bed, private bathroom, ample closet space, and its own private deck! Just across the hall there is a bunk room with a queen bed and additional twin bed that is utilizes the close by hall bathroom. This floor also has a “grown-up bunk room” with two full beds and its own private bathroom making this room ideal for kids or couples!

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of two nighttime stay other seasons.

Parking: Parking for up to 5 cars; garage access not included with rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
