The main living level of the home offers two guest bedrooms, both furnished with two full-sized beds. One guest bedroom offers a private bathroom, while the other is neighbored by a full bathroom that services the main level of the home.

Upstairs, the roomy primary suite provides a serene oceanside sanctuary with a plush king-sized bed, private ocean-facing balcony, huge closet, and ensuite bathroom. Across the hall is another cavernous guest room with a king bed, making it simple to rest after a long day of fun in the sun.

Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals in summer with a 3-nighttime minimum stay year-round.
Linens Configuration: 2 King, 4 Full.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 6 cars.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected. Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not supplied automatically when booking on Vacation Rental By Owner and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.  

Prohibited: Garage Not Included in the Rental, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the front door (doorbell camera).
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
