Pier Haven is a meticulously modernized modern luxury beach home offering two distinct units that can be booked separately or as an entire home. With two identical levels (Unit A and B), each featuring an open floorplan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this haven combines a sleek design with the comfort of home. Each unit features its own private entrance, kitchen, living space with a fireplace, and covered decks that provide broad oceanfront vistas, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group to luxuriate.

The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 6+ cars and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. PROVIDED: WIFI, fully outfitted kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including linens, bath, and beach towels – a value of $200-300+! Beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens upon arrival, and fluffy towels will be available. Also included are ten beach chairs, four body boards, two adult and three kid bicycles, a cooler, a stroller, and a beach cart.

Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.
