Our Cottage is close to the beach but away from the hordes. Even closer to the best shopping areas in Wilmington and a short ride to historic downtown Wilmington and Riverwalk! Cafes, Coffee Stores, wine tasting are within a short walk/bicycle ride.
Our neighborhood is a magnificent mix of UNCW college students, short and long term renters and home owners and it can be rather festive some evenings when UNCW is in session, late-Aug through mid-May. Extremely private and peaceful most of the time, most of the year.
We have home rules and strict hot-tub guidelines with additional costs for renters who do not observe. Also, simple check-in process with detailed check-out/departure Expectations/Rules/Guidelines as well. Thank you for checking us out! We'd appreciate to be your hosts!
About the Area
Located in Wilmington, this cottage is in the city center and on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. Traveling with kids? Consider New Hanover County Arboretum, or check out an event or a game at Trask Coliseum. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and hiking/biking trails nearby.
