MAIN LEVEL:
The 2,036 sq ft main-level home (in a duplex-style building with one unit above) features an open concept layout ideal for gathering. The dining area flows into a comfortable living room with a fireplace and a entirely equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar island. Sliding glass doors span the entire oceanfront, filling the space with natural light and expansive beach vistas, and opening directly onto your private deck overlooking the shoreline, morning coffee and sunset beverages highly encouraged.

The primary suite offers ocean vistas, direct deck access, and a private bathroom with a tiled shower. The main level also includes a king bedroom, a bunk room with four twin beds, and a fourth bedroom with two queen beds. Two additional full bathrooms and a laundry room provide added convenience, and every bedroom has its own intelligent TV.

CASITA:
Located just below the main level, the 638 sq ft casita offers a private studio-style getaway with two separate entrances and its own porch area. The space includes a kitchenette, dining table, couch with TV, king bed, and a full bathroom. The casita comfortably accommodates two guests.

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:
This is a condominium unit. The main level, private deck, and casita are exclusively for your use. The condo is part of a two-unit building, with the other unit located on the upper floor. Beach access is shared between both units.
There is parking for 3 cars - 1 garage, 2 in driveway. The driveway is shared so please be sure not to block access.
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
This unit is Self-Check with electronic code. You will receive check in instructions 24 hours prior to your arrival via e-mail.
