Banks Channel is one of the most trendy areas at Wrightsville Beach. This home has two primary living areas (one on each level - both with intelligent TVs). It has 5 modest bedrooms each with its own bathroom. There is an indoor entry shower great for coming off the beach. There are ceiling fans in every room in the home. There are two porches (one on each level) and an outdoor covered patio area. Parking accommodates two smaller cars under the home and two bigger cars in the driveway.

  • To book the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Wilmington, NC attractions and restaurants.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
