In a great location, positioned just across the street from the Oceanic Restaurant, Crystal Pier, and is only steps to the close by public beach and sound accesses. The covered front porch is ideal for people watching, outdoor dining, or calming while taking in the salt air.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is all about spending quality time with family at the beach. Despite the traditional configuration of the home, the living room, dining area, and kitchen offer plenty of space for families to spread out while keeping everybody together with a somewhat open concept. This home has everything you need for a beach hideaway without all the frills and unnecessary clutter.

The kitchen is functional and well equipped for preparing meals but there is not a dishwasher supplied among the appliances supplied. A side door off the kitchen gives painless access to the outdoor deck and living space. The kitchen and dining area are combined, making for a outstanding gathering space to share home cooked meals that has helped families reconnect and make memories for generations.

The primary bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, enormous closet, and private bathroom. There is another guest room with a full bed that shares the hall bathroom with the twin bedroom. The hall bathroom has a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected. Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on Vacation Rental By Owner and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Prohibited: Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
