From here, guests can access the garage and storage area or head upstairs to the main living level. At the top of the staircase, a impressive wall of windows reveals expansive ocean vistas—an memorable first impression that instantly sets the tone for relaxation. Lovingly maintained and thoughtfully furnished, the home combines comfort with subtle European flair for a warm and inviting ambiance.
To the left of the staircase, the dining room comfortably seats six, making it simple to transition from casual buffet breakfasts to family dinners or celebratory gatherings. Just beyond, the refreshed kitchen features white cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a raised bar with seating for four. Additional bar seating for two and a comfortable breakfast nook for six provide ample space for morning coffee or shared meals. Whether you prefer a traditional drip coffee maker or a Keurig, your day begins with ease.
To the right of the staircase, the light-filled living room offers generous seating and a flat-screen TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day in the sun. Toward the front of the home, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination connects to a queen bedroom with a cozy sitting area—ideal for peaceful reading or an afternoon rest. Nearby, the laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer, utility sink, ironing board, and iron for added convenience. The roomy primary suite, located at the front of the home, features a king-sized bed and seating area ideal for calming at the end of the day. The adjoining primary bathroom includes a walk-in closet and a stand-up shower.
Upstairs, a skylight fills the hallway with natural light, enhancing the airy coastal feel. Two additional bedrooms anchor the front and rear of the home and share a modified Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The rear bedroom overlooks the ocean and features two twin beds along with access to a private deck—an ideal spot to greet the morning with coffee and sea breezes. Parking: Parking for 4-5 cars in the garage and driveway.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
