Or, step out onto your own huge and private deck that is partially covered providing the option to either sunbathe or simply read a book or sip coffee in the morning underneath in the shade! Either way the ocean vistas and salty breezes can be adored from anywhere while you take advantage of a nice meal outside at the picnic table. Step back inside and grab a cold one out of the refrigerator in the completely equipped kitchen that is squeaky clean with plenty of cabinet space and room to maneuver for all the Chefs in your family. And family means that up two of man’s best friends can join you during your stay for a nominal fee. So whether it’s time to take your furry friend for a walk on the beach, or time to grab your gear and cooler for the whole day, it’s as simple as walking down Dragonfly’s private walk in the front yard to cross over Beach Drive to the nearest access which happens to be just across the street! When you return, a nice outside shower awaits you to wash off with plenty of space underneath to store your beach gear. Located near the beach, Dragonfly - 4028 E Beach Drive- Coastal Vacation Resorts is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and The Clubs at St. James. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting.
