The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 3 cars and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. The shared backyard invites you to BBQ or indulge in beach games in the sand. The laundry room is completely equipped with a washer, dryer, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower for a exhilarating rinse after soaking up the sun.

Unit A on the upper level features spectacular indoor and outdoor ocean and pier vistas. The living area features all-new furnishings, a color-changing fireplace, and a sizable intelligent TV. Exit to the covered deck for outdoor dining or revel in the sound of crashing waves and sightings of dolphins. The entirely outfitted kitchen with a huge island is ideal for preparing meals, and the dining area offers mesmerizing ocean vistas. Beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens upon arrival, and fluffy towels will be available. Also supplied are ten beach chairs, four body boards, two adult and three kid bicycles, a cooler, a stroller, and a beach cart.
