Located at 21 N. Front St. (Unit 2B2) in Wilmington, NC 28401

Come visit and stay in the middle of everything that is Downtown Wilmington. Dining, shopping, concert venues and nightlife are literally outside your window and front door. One block from the Riverwalk that runs along the majestic Cape Fear river.

Sleeps two (adults) comfortably (pull out bed in living room can accommodate 1 adult or 2 kids). Sheets, towels, Firestick and high speed WiFi supplied. Private entrance to the 2nd floor.

Kitchen features all stainless appliances, ice maker in freezer, coffee maker, toaster, cherry cabinets, entirely supplied kitchen (hardware and silverware only; no food or perishables supplied) with all necessary items to stay in and prepare if so desired.

There is also a balcony/fire escape outside the bedroom that overlooks Front Street. A great place to start the day and soak in that first morning cup of coffee.

Parking deck is conveniently located across the street with daily, weekend and long term parking rate options. There is street metered parking as well.

Located on a river, this condo is in Wilmington Historic District, a neighborhood in Wilmington. Children's Museum of Wilmington and Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Mayfaire Town Center and The Cotton Exchange.
