“Lipovan” is on the second floor in the condo complex, A Summer Place, which is conveniently located less than a block to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and the freshly constructed public bath home that leads to the close by beach access. Offering one private bedroom, one bathroom, and constructed-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has direct access to the deck. The open living and kitchen area has a sleeper couch and access to the deck. You will adore sitting out in the salt air watching the waves crash, sunrises and sunsets, and watching all the action that goes on at the pier. There are constructed-in bunk beds set in the nook off the entry that make a amazing sleeping area for young family members.

Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Animals, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
