Station One is a private getaway in the heart of the island, ideally located within walking distance to many local stores, coffee or your favorite restaurant. Bring your tennis racket or pickleball paddles if you need to take a break from catching waves or jumping into the onsite pool.

Totally fitted condo with beach towels, toys, chairs, games and books! Station One also has a unique area near the pool to store your beach gear for the entirety of your stay so you do not have to lug your chairs and gear from the condo to the beach.

Inside the condo, upgrades were thoughtfully curated throughout to reflect the beach's beauty and the hip vibes of Wrightsville Beach. Modern, striking granite waterfall countertop spill into a chef's kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances including a wine refrigerator for your ideally chilled beverages. Step into the primary bedroom with a King Bed and dresser for a full oceanfront view of the Atlantic Ocean. The primary bathroom is equipped with upgraded double vanities, closet and a spa inspired shower creating a bright and serene environment. You will find a vanity mirror, hair dryer, bathroom towels as well as a few every day commodities like toilet paper, hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Your family and/or friends joining you will find an equally roomy 2nd bedroom with a Queen and Twin bed as well as closet and dresser. Hooks are on the backs of most doors. Your family and/or friends will also have a freshly modernized vanity and spa inspired shower/bath that will have bathroom towels and every day commodities like hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Other amenities includes but limited to linens, blankets for the den, pillows and quilts for the beds, bathroom and beach towels, books, inside games as well as beach games, iron and ironing board, laundry basket, WiFi, AC/HEAT, high chair and a pack n play. Kitchen has a Brita pitcher, Keurig, French Press, coffee maker, paper towels and dish soap. Stroller upon request with a 2 weeks notice. Sheets for pack n play (and setup) upon request with a 2 weeks notice.

Additional Features:
*A public coin laundry (washer and dryer) are available on the same floor, near the elevators.
*Station One's onsite pool opens around April 10, closes towards the end of September.
*Condo is well equipped for kids: pack n play, high chair, cups/bowls/plates/bibs, toys, crayons/coloring books and games. Minor decor at floor level.
*Condo is on the 8th floor (top), you can access using one of the two elevators or stairs.
*Pickleball/Tennis court on site, use the book on Floor 1 to sign up for your time then grab the key from the Receptionist Desk or Security Guard.
*Owners are simple to reach and have a Property Manager to assist in case of an appliance emergency etc.
*No Dogs or Family Animals of any kind, they are not allowed on any property at Station One.
*No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, it is not allowed on Station One's property.
