The open floorplan provides ocean vistas from the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with plenty of natural lighting and all new furnishings. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all the amenities of home and has seating for 2 at the bar. Take in ocean vistas while appreciating meals together at the enormous dining room table or spread out in the comfortable living area to connect with family and friends. Shoot the breeze and listen to the waves crash from the huge, oceanfront deck with exceptional vistas.

The master bedroom offers a King bed, ocean vistas, private full bathroom, intelligent TV, and direct access to the oceanfront deck. The Queen bedroom includes intelligent TV with streaming options and the Twin bedroom offers 2 twin beds, partial vistas of Banks Channel, and a intelligent TV. A full bathroom and laundry closet with washer and dryer are available in the hallway.

Community amenities include a gated beach access, community dock, plus a channel front beach with park grille and picnic table.

Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.
