Take in ocean vistas from the living and dining areas as well as the kitchen and master bedroom. Simple one level living with a master suite including a king bed, ocean vistas, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and jetted tub. The second bedroom is a king master bedroom with its own private bath. The third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed and has access to the shared bathroom. There is also one twin sized roll away cot.

Parking instructions:
Parking passes (X2) are left on the counter for guests to use during their stay. There is 1 assigned and labeled space for this unit and unlabeled spots are first come, first serve. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
