Notice: There will be a scheduled multi-phase elevator modernization project across numerous Wrightsville Dunes buildings. For Building G, the elevator will be completely out of service from February 1, 2027 through March 8, 2027.

Parking instructions:
2 parking spaces. Will receive parking passes. No additional parking passes can be included due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
