This 1st floor condo offers an open floorplan living area and kitchen with access to the covered deck from both the living room and the bedroom. 1 King Bedroom, 1 Bath + separate constructed-in twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper couch for additional sleeping space.

**Parking space for one car** No Family Animals, No Smoking

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment.
