A handsome designer couch and armchair overlook the 42" HDTV with Instant-Netflix, gaming and other Web access plus Blu Ray DVD player and the condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. The fun doesn’t stop in the kitchen! Bright countertops and vibrant colors create a joyful ambiance. This beautiful kitchen has everything you need to make a amazing home cooked meal and is sure to put a smile on your face. After dinner, step outside and savor a glass of wine with the waves crashing in the background. The guest room is furnished with a pyramid style bunk bed that features a full-sized bed over a queen bed. Kids will adore the neat constructed-in staircase and adults will enjoy the stair storage as it maximizes the space. There is a full bathroom just outside the guest room that is useful to visitors and occupants of the guest room. The primary suite has a king bed that positions you so that you wake up with broad ocean vistas each morning. What more could you ask for!

Parking: Parking for 2 cars with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Family Animals, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. The Station One complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
