Live your best life with your morning coffee or evening beverage in hand as you lounge on the marvelous three tiers of decks and covered porches, including a roof deck with vistas over the waterway to the Atlantic, or lay back and catch some rays on your very own private, sandy beach. With a private elevator available for those with mobility concerns and one dog allowed per stay, your entire family is really welcome here.

Feel as though you are perched among the treetops as you gather in the living room, decorated in neutral tones that draw the eye outside to the horizon. If you tire of the view, turn your gaze to the big game or the latest blockbuster streaming on the upsized Intelligent TV instead. The dining table just beyond the living room seats six, with a further two bar stools at the adjacent breakfast bar. The gleaming white and silver kitchen offers an in-wall oven and separate gas range top, along with everything you need to prepare or serve your favorite recipes during your trip.

After dinner, head down the hall to the game room for a round of pool or electronic darts. Don’t worry – you can keep an eye on the game score while you socialize as this room also provides a Intelligent TV. There is also a well-outfitted board game shelf to keep those with less hand-eye coordination entertained! A double vanity and a separate water closet affords space and privacy when getting ready. The final two bedrooms on this level have nearly identical layouts to each other. In addition to the king bed, each room is also equipped with a TV and private ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is also located on this level.

As gorgeous as the interior of this home is, you’re sure to spend most of your time outside on the unique triple level decks. The modest open rooftop deck is accessible via an external spiral staircase from the second level porch and offers really impressive vistas to the sea along with a pair of captain’s chairs with constructed-in drink holders. The second level deck is accessible only from the interior of the home, with entry from the common hallway or the primary suite. A round glass-topped table and padded wicker chairs offer a spot to appreciate meals alfresco under the cover of the deck above.
