Linens - Clean sheets and bath towels will be lying on the end of the beds, bathmats included in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge supplied.



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around:

Sea Coast Input: Public Parking may be limited during the summer months.

Our beach towns are very accessible and family-friendly for cars, bicycles, and golf carts. Renting bicycles and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended for beach accessories.
