A guest bedroom is across the hall and has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and is serviced by the hallway bathroom - a great room for the younger family members of your group! At the end of the hall is the roomy master suite complete with a cozy and welcoming king-sized bed. The enormous deck is covered so that it can be appreciated in any weather and is a really calming setting! It’s a ideal spot for reading, outdoor dining with the family, or simply calming! There is a washer and dryer closet off the master for added convenience.

Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 cars. Please note that the carport is narrow and may not be suitable for sizable cars and SUV’s; measurements are as follows: 8'8" wide X 8 foot tall X 33'9" long.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: Animals, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
