Summary:
Located at the corner of front and main in downtown Wrightsville Beach, the WB Abodes team is happy to introduce 'The Tarrymore'. Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s.

All three units come equipped with full kitchens, full baths, Juliet balconies, washers and dryers, as well as elevated linens and bath products. The Oceanic is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath unit with vistas of Banks Channel.

The Oceanic is a completely refreshed and professionally designed space up-fitted with our highest-end amenities including Parachute linens, Parachute bath towels, Malin & Goetz soaps and hair products and is supplied with Casa-Blanca coffee!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Tarrymore is in the heart of downtown Wrightsville Beach…putting itself within walking distance to the beach and also right across the street from Wrightsville’s favorite nightlife. There is a potential for noise, however during renovations we took as many steps as possible to remedy this by having impact glass windows and doors installed, double sheetrock, insulation and provide white noise machines in each bedroom.

Guest Access:
The Tarrymore is located above the iconic ‘Tower 7’ and is home to three WB Abode units. All of them are 100% private and only share a parking lot and lobby! The Oceanic has 1 assigned parking space.

Other Things to Note:
1. ***NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit***
2. Unit is directly across the street from multiple ‘late nighttime’ establishments so there is a potential for noise Thursday-Sunday.
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

About the Area

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this apartment is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting.

When to visit Wrightsville Beach & When to reserve a Wilmington, NC rental home:

• Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Booking websites often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.

• Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is usually available on booking pages. Otherwise, call the property manager before reserving the vacation property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches.
• If your family is vacationing with pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly property. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some hosts charge additional pet fees.
• Are you looking for unique amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
• Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

During your stay:

• Add the host's contact info to your phone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
• Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
