This top floor suite offers three comfortable bedrooms comprised of two bedrooms with Queen beds and one with Twins. The single bath features a new porcelain tub and tiled shower, with a newly tiled floor. Eagle's Nest accommodates up to six adults comfortably. For bigger groups this top floor suite can be combined and rented with the main floor suite, "Captain's Quarters", as a whole home rental- ideal for bigger family gatherings. The first floor suite, "Captain's Quarters" is named for the nautical feel evoked by the rope-wrapped central spiral stair and roomy main floor ambiance. Originally constructed in 1920 this property has been refreshed numerous times with a major remodel to stairs, decks, porches, front facade, while still retaining the warm feeling of a Classic Beach Cottage. Our ground floor features a laundry area with two washers and dryers. You will appreciate our new outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off the salt and sand after a calming and fun filled day at the beach! Chairs, cart, umbrellas and body boards are available for guests and stored on the ground floor. Each floor rental has off street parking space for two cars.
