Located on the secluded northern end of Wrightsville Beach this property has access to all the excellent amenities that Duneridge Resort offers, including beautiful vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from your private porch! As you enter this gorgeous condo, the entryway invites you down the hallway that leads to a spectacular ocean view. A sizable sliding glass door leads you to the cavernous horseshoe balcony and provides endless vistas of the Atlantic. The deck is the ideal place to relax in the salt air and take in the fresh breeze while sipping your morning coffee. The roomy living area provides two beautiful and comfortable couches, a intelligent TV, and a enormous dining table for family meals. A galley kitchen gives simple access to the living and dining room, making this space extremely family friendly. Appreciate cooking meals in the delightfully refreshed kitchen or have a peaceful breakfast in the dining nook.

Just off the living room is the spacious primary suite which is complete with a new king-sized bed and refreshed bathroom that features a walk-in shower and dual sinks. You will appreciate waking up with the morning sunrise and the marvelous ocean vistas from your cozy bed. There are two additional guest bedrooms at the front of the condo that overlook the marsh. A queen guest room with a half bathroom makes a fabulous accommodation for guests of any age and the sunset vistas from this room are beautiful. Across the hall is a twin bedroom that has two twin sized beds and a shared hallway bathroom.

Grab a poolside lounge chair and savor an afternoon in the sun or play a few friendly tennis matches on the community court. The Duneridge complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking costs will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be supplied in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation costs may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
