Home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, laundry, comfortable sunroom and an office space. All bedrooms have intelligent tvs and whole home WIFI. A 15-20 min. drive to Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach a 30 min. drive. UNC-W a 10 min. drive and Wilmington Airport 6.2 miles from the home w/ shopping, eateries and many amenities a few miles away. Family Animals are allowed but there IS a pet fee.

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.
