This gorgeous condo is just steps away from the very best Downtown Wilmington has to offer. From our location you can literally walk to all the eateries, bars, and shopping that you can handle. Wilmington`s famed Battleship NORTH CAROLINA is moored just across the river and can be seen directly from the balcony of my condo.
Bespoke, the best coffee shop in town is just a 3 min walk
Wake and Bake Donuts is just 2 min.
Walk to the historic district and soak up some Wilmington`s unique history or walk down the riverwalk and savor the vistas.
By car the condo is 12 mins. to the airport, 14 mins. to UNCW campus, 20 mins. to Wrightsville beach, and 25 mins. to Carolina beach.

The public bus stop is a 3 min walk away. But most area`s are conveniently walkable from your downtown location.

There is excessive operational noise coming from the new HVAC system.
*All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered overnight guests allowed.

*Primary guest must be 21+ and staying on the property for the duration of the reservation.

*Unregistered overnight guests will result in a minimum $250 fee per person.

*No family pets allowed

*Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM (stringently enforced).

*Tampering with the intelligent lock, front door hardware, or WiFi modem will result in a minimum $350 fine.

*Smoking of any kind inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fee.

*Lost or missing door keys will incur a $50 replacement fee.

*No cryptocurrency mining or similar high-power electronic activity.

*Violation of any home rule may result in removal from the property without refund.
