The kitchen features new appliances and a breakfast area in addition to the main dining area. The living room furnishings has been upgraded, and this unit is positioned directly behind a shining oceanfront pool. The pool and ocean vistas offer memorable scenes from the front balcony and broad marsh vistas from the side balcony.
