The top floor features an impressive master suite with king bed, sizable spa-like bathroom with jetted tub and beautfiul vistas, a intelligent TV, and a private balcony to appreciate world class sunsets from. The fourth bedroom includes a King bed, private bathroom, intelligent TV, and private balcony with partial ocean vistas. A closet with washer and dryer finished the top floor.

The ground level includes an entry entry, huge garage, outdoor shower. The huge backyard provides an island getaway with a private dock to launch your kayak or stand up paddle boards from.

**The boat lift is unavailale for guest use, and dock is not a deep water dock. Modest skiffs may be able to get in and out, however this will depend on the tides and size of skiff.
