Inside, you’ll find a breezy open-concept layout with plenty of natural light, warm wood tones, and carefully selected décor that strikes a balance between laid-back beach vibes and elevated comfort. Guest Access:

There are 4 total units located at this property– 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the second floor and one on the top floor! There is assigned parking for each unit on the premises.

Located on the charming South End of Wrightsville Beach, 6 Sunset offers walkable access to local favorites like SUNdays Cafe, The Oceanic Restaurant and Pier, and South End Surf Shop. Just over a mile from downtown Wrightsville Beach (1.2 miles), offering dining, shopping, and entertainment. The beach and sound are only steps from your door.



Getting Around:

Thanks to its prime location, 6 Sunset is ideal for exploring Wrightsville Beach on foot or by bicycle!



Other Things to Note:

1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit

2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

5. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.

6. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)
