Guest Access:
Guests have private use of the entire unit and its assigned parking space. 6 Sunset is a four-unit building (two units on the ground floor, one on the second floor and one on the top floor), and each unit has its own private entrance. Check-in instructions are sent before arrival.

Located on the charming South End of Wrightsville Beach, 6 Sunset puts the ocean and Banks Channel just steps from your door. Walk to local favorites like SUNdays Cafe, The Oceanic Restaurant and Pier, and South End Surf Shop. Downtown Wrightsville Beach dining, shopping and nightlife are about 1.2 miles away.

Getting Around:
The South End is simple to discover on foot or by bicycle, with beach access just steps away. Your unit has one assigned parking space on site. Downtown Wilmington is about 20 mins. by car and Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is about 20 mins. away.

Other Things to Note:
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
5. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet. A max. of 2 family pets are allowed, ONLY DOGS. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.
6. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from April 1 - September 30 (Wrightsville Beach rule).
