The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Parking instructions:
2 parking passes supplied. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be included due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

**Renovations in other building units are underway during the winter. Construction noise is allowed Monday through Friday 8am thru 5pm.**

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
