The beach is a 1-min. walk, and Shark Bar and the pier are about 8 mins. on foot. There are two parking spaces for the unit around back. Downtown Wilmington is about 20 mins. by car and Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is about 20 mins. away.

2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
