As you enter the ground level entry of “Sandy Feet Retreat” you are greeted by striking tilework and guided to the main living level of the home by way of the staircase. The first living level features handsome wood floors and homes the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and four bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left is the roomy primary bedroom. Outfitted with a extravagant king-sized bed, this suite offers a private bathroom with a huge soaking tub, walk in shower stall, and dual vanity. Guests will appreciate the private balcony, sizable closet, and intelligent TV this room offers. Across the hall you will find two guest rooms which are separated by the laundry closet. The openness of the room creates a welcoming environment and accepts everybody to be part of the conversation whether they are dining, calming, or preparing meals. Outfitted with modern stainless-steel appliances, the kitchen offers a huge island, ample counter space, and plenty of storage for groceries. Gather around the dining table inside or step out to the deck which features a gas grille and enormous farmhouse table.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
